Fulfilling an information request can be easily accomplished by emailing plan links to the requestor.
Use either the Document Portal or GIS webmap to locate the plans being requested.
Right click on the link and choose the option as indicated below.

In Internet Explorer

Edge
In the body of the email Right click and choose Paste or press Ctrl+v.
Press Enter and the link should turn blue.
